We partner with you throughout the entire process of setting up your boutique, covering design, architecture, layout, and planogram. Prior to your opening, you'll receive training in merchandising, product knowledge, hiring, customer service, and POS system use. Our experienced Merchandiser will assist on-site before and during your Grand Opening. After your boutique opens, we provide continued support to ensure your success.

Plus, with remote technical support, expert help is always just a phone call away.
Once training is complete, you'll enter the final stages of opening your boutique. In the weeks leading up to your launch, you'll handle pricing and tagging your products at home and finalize staffing. Days before your Grand Opening, a merchandiser will come to your boutique to assist with the last-minute details, including visual merchandising and POS installation, transforming your store from boxes to a polished fashion boutique. After your Grand Opening, we provide ongoing support with additional training, webinars, continuing education, merchandising guidance, and networking opportunities.
After your grand opening, we ensure you keep progressing by arranging regular support calls with various team members. These calls cover everything from sales performance and buying strategies to visual merchandising, marketing, social media, and staffing.
Seasonal planning video calls are also held with all our franchisees, providing you with insights on upcoming trends, strategic planning, best practices, and opportunities for idea-sharing and collaboration with fellow owners.
